• 4 tricks are enough to make you feel light

Having breakfast means starting your day well from the morning
Skipping this important meal because you don't have time, or because you think you'll lose weight quickly, is the worst thing to do. Skipping breakfast means you'll be very hungry at lunch, risking eating more than what you should eat. The body, especially in the morning, needs the right fuel.
Milk and yogurt are rich in calcium, proteins and vitamins; cereals and bakery products (bread, biscuits and toast, best if made with whole-grains) change into complex carbohydrates supplying energy for a long time. Completing your breakfast with fresh fruits is the ideal choice for proper vitamin and fiber intake, because they supply precious elements for your physical well-being.

Our body is made of water
When you wake-up, your body needs to reintegrate the fluids lost while sleeping: this is the right moment for the first glass of water of the day. The stimulus of thirst is a signal that your body is becoming dehydrated, therefore avoid drinking only if you are thirsty. The body must be kept constantly hydrated by drinking at least 1,5 litres of water a day: simple tricks to make your skin better and brighter, to help the intestine and to fight against cellulite.

Working out is the best way to spoil oneself
A more toned body helps you overcome the difficult moments, but sleeping is very important too: sleeping little and poorly makes you feel tense and nervous throughout the day. Sleeping the correct number of hours and also regularly, makes us prepare for all our daily activities: to work, to study and to live better.

Vary your diet and choose whole-grain products
Eating foods that are rich in cereals, best if made with whole-grain cereals, is a wise choice to supply most of the substances your body needs.

    1,2,3,4...Looking good and keeping fit!
    It's really that simple!

  • Did you know that food and drink can help you control your calorie intake?

Moderating the consumption of sugary drinks and foods during the day, when following a varied and balanced diet and a healthy life style, is certainly a very good way to protect your well-being.
Sucrose is the most popular of the sugars used every day to add flavour to beverages and food; it is made up of two molecules: fructose and glucose. Glucose has the highest rate of absorption, supplying our body with an energy that enters the circulation quickly, causing hyperglycemia, resulting in an increased insulin production. As recommended by INRAN (Italian National Research Institute for Food and Nutrition) a low intake is advisable to maintain a balanced diet.
The consumption of simple sugar, recommended as a source of energy, is 10-15% of our daily caloric requirements, which corresponds to about 56-84 grams in a normal diet of 2100 calories.
Supplementing sugary food with low-calorie food and drink, lets you control your daily caloric need.
