Crunchy pasta with Fibrextra Whole Wheat tortiglioni

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 200 g of Misura Fibrextra Whole Wheat tortiglioni
  • 1 leek
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery heart
  • 1 courgette
  • 2 sweet Italian peppers
  • 10 plum tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Chilli pepper to taste


Place the oil, garlic clove and basil in a large bowl. In the meantime, wash the vegetables and cut them into very small cubes.
Place all the mirepoix into the bowl, salt and let stand, mixing every now and then. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, salt and once the water is boiling, cook the Misura Whole Wheat tortiglioni.
Drain the pasta when it is rather al dente and run it under cold water to then add it to the vegetables. Stir your crunchy pasta and serve!
