Fibrextra Biscuit gelato

Just a few simple ingredients for a light, scrumptious snack with the unmistakable great taste of Fibrextra biscuits with dark chocolate and the freshness of frozen yogurt.



  • Fibrextra Biscuits 100% whole wheat flour with dark chocolate
  • 500 g of plain yogurt
  • 80 g of cane sugar
  • 150 mL whole milk
  • juice from 1/2 lemon



In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a reasonably homogeneous result. Pour the mixture into a mixer and set it at low speed until the mixture is compact, as if it were gelato, but taking care not to overdo it with the mixer so that it doesn’t “collapse.”

Pour the mixture into a closed container and place it in the freezer for at least two hours; once the cream has reached the optimal consistency, arrange the gelato biscuits with a layer of frozen yogurt between two Fibrextra biscuits with dark chocolate and eat immediately. As an alternative, you can store the gelato biscuits in the freezer for a few hours until consumption; in this case, we recommend that you remove them from the freezer several minutes before eating them.
